My brother, Elder Smith and I skyping one last time for two years. Be safe brother, you are doing wonderful things. Love you very much.
D & C 112: 28 But purify your hearts before me; and then go ye into all the world, and preach my gospel unto every creature who has not received it
Hey Everyone! Well, my brother leaves in about five days! It is crazy to think that he will be gone for two years and also sad to realize that I won't be able to say goodbye to him at the airport along with the rest of my family. There are no words to describe though how proud of him I am that he is willing to take two years out of his life to go and serve the Lord. Remember everyone that Christopher would love to hear from you all during these two years so write or e-mail him! -Tara Faye
Mosiah 2:21 I say unto you that if ye should serve him who has created you from the beginning, and is preserving you from day to day, by lending you breath, that ye may live and move and do according to your own will, and even supporting you from one moment to another - I say, if ye should serve him with all your whole souls yet ye would be unprofitable servants.

Hey Everyone, Christopher here!

My mission is just around the corner and I report to the Mexico Missionary Training Center in 26 days to prepare to preach the gospel in the Spanish language.  I will then be off to Kennewick Washington to help strengthen the Kingdom of God. The purpose for this post is to make you aware that my sister, Tara, will be running this missionary blog over the course of the next two years.  I will be emailing with Tara, after which she will blog about the experiences and memorable moments I will encounter on my mission.  Also, I would love to hear from those who are interested in writing or emailing me while serving. When I receive my address and email, I will post them. I'd like to thank my sister for taking time to keep up with my missionary work and this blog. I am excited to serve the Lord and will see you all in two years!

Love,
Elder Christopher Smith
